Blue Heron Builders, based in Rogers, Arkansas, is owned and operated by licensed General Contractor, Chris Erickson. For over eighteen years, Chris has earned a reputation as a true craftsman through his imaginative designs.
Focused and knowledgeable, Chris is committed to providing his clients a transparent process and beautiful results that will exceed their expectations.
A graduate of Florida State University, Chris began his construction career renovating homes in the historic neighborhoods of Atlanta, preserving their charm while making them functional for modern family life. He and his wife, Kristin, and their two young children, moved to Rogers, Arkansas in the Fall of 2020.

Chris is often asked the meaning behind his business’s name. On quite a few occasions he has encountered these birds - especially on important days of his life - and he always finds the experience calming.
These wondrous creatures have long symbolized stability, patience, determination, and wisdom. Those qualities echo the kind of services he always tries to provide his clients and thus the name for the company he has created!
